How the Beta Programme Works

Fill out the application form. We review every submission manually.

Step 2: Get Accepted

We select 20 users based on fit, need, and commitment to giving feedback. You will be notified by email.

Step 3: Onboard

Accepted users receive a welcome email, access instructions, and a community invite. We will walk you through everything.

Step 4: Use the Product

Start using simplecx for your real marketing work. This is not a sandbox exercise.

Step 5: Give Feedback

Participate in at least two product interviews. Share what is working, what is broken, and what you wish existed.

Step 6: Become an Advocate

After three months of active use, unlock the affiliate programme and earn rewards for every paying customer you refer.

How Long Does the Beta Last?

The Closed Beta programme runs for a defined period of 4 - 6 weeks while we validate the product with real users. During this time, you will have access to all features and direct communication with the product team.

Your lifetime free access does not expire when the beta ends. As long as your account remains active, your access remains free, permanently.

To keep your account active, simply log in to simplecx at least once every month. No payment or formal renewal process is required. Accounts with no login activity for 3 consecutive months will receive a reactivation reminder.

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deactivated. You can reactivate at any time by logging back in.

Terms and Conditions For Lifetime Free Access

Eligibility

This offer is open to new and existing users who sign up during the specified promotional period.

Duration of Offer

The lifetime free offer applies to all users who sign up during the promotional or launch period. Access remains free permanently, as long as the account stays active.

Scope of Offer

Users who sign up during the promotional or launch period will receive lifetime free access to simplecx, including all standard features available on the free tier. No payment is ever required to maintain this access.

Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage and a quality experience for all users, Retink may apply reasonable usage limits to free accounts. Users who consistently exceed these limits may be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan.

Account Activity & Renewal

To keep your account active, simply log in to simplecx at least once every month. No payment or formal renewal process is required. Accounts with no login activity for 3 consecutive months will receive a reactivation reminder. Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deactivated. You can reactivate at any time by logging back in.

Termination of Offer

Retink reserves the right to modify or discontinue the lifetime free offer for new users at any time. Existing lifetime users will receive at least 30 days' written notice before any material change affects their account.

Account Suspension

Retink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.

Product Features

Retink may update, modify, or remove features at its discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes.

Data Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with Retink's Privacy Policy. By using the product, you agree to the terms of that policy.
